We deliver end of tenancy cleaning as our All-Inclusive Deep Clean. The Move-In / Move-Out Certification Clean is included at no extra charge, along with the oven, fridge and cabinet cleaning that property managers check first.
Kitchen
- Benchtops, splashbacks, sink and taps, including limescale
- Cooktop degreasing and rangehood exterior with accessible filters
- Oven exterior, interior and racks or trays
- Cabinet and drawer interiors where empty, plus cabinet exteriors and handles
- Microwave, dishwasher exterior, and fridge and freezer inside and out where emptied
- Kickboards, areas around appliances and the floor
Bathrooms and toilets
- Toilet bowl, seat, lid, hinges and surrounds
- Showers and screens, including water marks, plus bath and surrounds
- Tiles and accessible grout, with limescale treatment
- Basins, taps, vanity units and drawers where empty, mirrors and towel rails
- Exhaust fan covers, doors and handles, then floors mopped and disinfected
Bedrooms, living areas and hallways
- Wardrobe exteriors and interiors where empty, shelves, doors and handles
- Skirting boards, light switches, power point surrounds and cobwebs
- Carpets vacuumed, hard floors mopped, under accessible furniture
- Entrances and hallways cleaned thoroughly
Windows, floors and final presentation
- Internal glass, accessible frames and tracks, sills and mirrors
- Final vacuum and mop, bins emptied, cleaning debris removed
- A final visual inspection so the property is left presentable
Specialist work priced at inspection
Some jobs are quoted separately after the inspection: carpet steam extraction, blinds and curtain treatment, exterior or high-level windows, mould remediation, heavy rubbish removal and paint or plaster removal.

What NZ tenants should know before moving out
Tenancy Services' ending a tenancy guide says tenants should leave the property clean and tidy and take away all their rubbish. Your tenancy agreement and your property manager's move-out checklist set out what is expected, so send us a copy at the inspection. You and your landlord then complete a final inspection report together. Our before-and-after photo set gives you a clear record of the condition you left.
A professional clean does not decide your bond refund. That is agreed between you and your landlord. How end of tenancy cleaning works
- Enquiry: tell us your address, property size and move-out date. We offer an inspection slot within 24 to 48 hours.
- Free inspection: a supervisor walks through, photographs each room and confirms the scope.
- Fixed written quote: emailed, normally within 24 hours of the inspection, with the before photos.
- Approve and schedule: approve the quote, pay to secure the booking, and your clean is scheduled within 72 hours of confirmation.
- Clean and photo handover: the team follows the checklist. After photos, taken from the same angles as the before photos, reach you within 24 hours.
How to prepare for your move-out clean
- Remove all belongings and rubbish before the team arrives
- Empty the fridge, freezer and cabinets so the interiors can be cleaned
- Make sure power and water are on and every room is accessible
- Share your tenancy agreement or the property manager's checklist at the inspection
- Book as soon as you have your move-out date
