What our office cleaning covers
- Office areas, foyers and corridors
- Bathroom and kitchen sanitation
- Glass and façade polishing
- Marble and porcelain floor polishing
- Floors, bins and high-touch surfaces such as handles and switches
Cleaning is arranged around how your business runs. Pest control and grounds care are also available for commercial properties, so one provider can look after the whole site.
How we price office cleaning
Every office is different, so we do not publish a single rate. After an inspection we provide a written quote based on:
- Floor area and layout, including the number of floors
- Cleaning frequency: daily, several times a week or weekly
- Number of bathrooms, kitchens and meeting rooms
- Floor types and any specialist surfaces such as marble or glass
- Access times, building security and any building manager requirements
Read our guide to commercial cleaning costs in Auckland for the pricing models and what a good quote should include.
Standards you can expect
- Reporting: progress reports at the interval you choose, from weekly to annual
- Confidentiality: staff and contractors keep client-sensitive information strictly confidential
- Approved personnel: staff are approved by your building manager before they are deployed
- Compliance: work follows New Zealand local authority regulations and safety standards
Typical cleaning schedules
These are examples only. We confirm the right schedule for your premises at the inspection.
| Office type | Common schedule | Focus areas |
|---|---|---|
| Small office or studio | Two to three visits a week | Kitchen, bathroom, floors and bins |
| Busy or hot-desking office | Daily | Bathrooms, kitchens, desks, meeting rooms and high-touch surfaces |
| Corporate floors and reception | Daily, plus periodic specialist work | Foyers, glass, marble or porcelain floor polishing |

Specialist floors and glass
Premium offices often have surfaces that need more than a mop. We polish marble and porcelain floors and glass façades as part of our custodial service, using methods suited to each surface so floors keep their finish and glass stays streak-free. Tell us about any delicate or high-value surfaces at the inspection.
Why we inspect first
A site visit lets a supervisor see the real condition of your premises, the floor types, the traffic patterns and any access rules. It means your written scope reflects the building you actually have, not an estimate from a floor plan, and it gives both sides a clear starting point for reporting.
Switching from another cleaner
Changing providers is straightforward. We inspect, agree the scope and the start date, brief the team on your building rules, and begin on the agreed schedule. Tell us what you want improved so we can build it into the checklist from day one.
How to arrange office cleaning
- Send an enquiry with your address, floor area and preferred cleaning times.
- We arrange an on-site inspection of the premises.
- We send a written scope and quote.
- Once approved, the team starts on the agreed schedule and reports against it.
Beyond the office
PureNest also cleans schools and education facilities, hotels and institutional sites. See our commercial cleaning services in Auckland and recent projects.
